Developments

Readers:

Personal activities outside of internet activity has meant that publications have been coming in slower in recent times than they used to; however, new entries will continue to be added! Unlike several personal blogs out there, which simply post already prepared abstracts of studies or news reports—which in turn may or may not be accessible to the public, much of the material here is—in the main—composed by just the one author of this site, frequently featuring long winding, but very substantive entries, furnished with the necessary referential links. Preparing for these substance-laden entries requires thorough research and carefully-thought out presentation. As such, blog posts may not be as prolific on a monthly basis as the case may be on other personal blogs out there. Here, emphasis is given to quality of content rather than quantity of entries. So, the author of this site hereby encourages readers to stay tuned, and be on the look out for future developments. Thanks in advance for your patience; meanwhile...

Updates:

September 22nd, 2012: "About me" profile and "ATI One-Stop Referential Page on DNA notes" in the "Internal Links" section were updated!

October 29th, 2012: A few new gadgets added that may prove informative to the reader, including a quick peek into the most popular blog posts since this site had been launched. Subtle tweak in the blog visuals had also been undertaken.

April 15th, 2013 onward: Update on a previous blog publication, under the heading "An Investigation into the "Mysterious" Mesolithic Maghrebi populations". The update publication can be read: here! and the older publication, here!

April 25th, 2013: "ATI One-Stop Referential Page on DNA notes" updated!

April 25th, 2013: Links to blog postings under "ATI/One-Stop Africa Timeline Index", "ATI One-Stop Referential Page on DNA notes", and "ATI Encyclopedia on Human Paleontology" were updated!

May 12th, 2013: Who were the Ancient Israelites? A Multidisciplinary search for Answers was edited.

As of April 15th, 2014: New blog articles are in the works. Even if no new posting is present, still be on the lookout! This page is perhaps the next best place to keep up with postings on this site, besides the homepage index. Stay tuned and thanks for the patience.

*[A new—potentially lengthy—blog entry on certain population genetics is under preparation. This, and currently being in the midst of the upgrade of the personal (i.e. of this site's owner/principal author) computer's operating system to the latest available on the market, are factoring in the authoring-hiatus on this site. Once those are out of the way, it's high time to get back to business as usual!]...last modified on 5/22/2014.

May 22nd, 2014: Those readers/viewers who dropped comments in recent times (mainly between end of December 2013 and May 2014) but have not yet seen it, you might want to take another look at the blog entries under which you commented, to see if your post had not be published. Several comments were just published as of May 22nd, 2014. Thanks for your patience.

May 30th, 2014: The previously separate "Terms and Conditions of Use" and "Comments/Disclaimer" have been combined into a composite page under "Terms & Conditons: Comments/Disclaimer" for viewer/reader notification on the main/home page of the blog, so as to remove unnecessary duplicity, and as related, to make the most efficient use of the site to the extent possible. If there is any doubt or question about minimum expectations and/or intentions of the site, this is the page intended to address such concerns. Additional concerns may otherwise be expressed in comments. As usual, keeping the viewer/reader up-to-date about the site's status is highly encouraged here, and an easy way to do it, is to stay tuned in on the present page.

June 19th, 2014: Two blog articles have been newly posted by this date, which serve a dual role as authentic eye-opening or brain picking subject matter in their own right and interim void fillers, so as to render the blog engaged while the developments described in the April 15th, 2014 notice (above) take their course, including population genetics material underway.

November 17th, 2014: Very subtle tweak (will be barely noticeable to many) to the blog's appearance, where sharpness of texts on the "links" section are concerned. Publication of additional reader comments (which follow blog guidelines) will ensue in the very near future. It may seem like it's taking forever, but the publication of pending blog projects first announced under the April 15th notice of this page are indeed underway. Those aside, lots of exciting mind-stimulating material are envisioned for future discussion on this site!

Woohoo! As of December 31st, 2014: To those who left comments for one blog entry or another, your wait is over! With stuff going on around me, it can take time for me to get to activities like this on a consistent basis. If one doesn't see his/her reader-comment, it may be because of violation of terms of the site; otherwise, his/her comment should be published and responded to, as necessary. Thanks for your patience. See "development" notes posted last month, to get an idea of what is underway!

May 8th, 2015: Page visuals on various segments of the blog have been given what may seem like subtle tweaks at first glance by some viewers, which however, have in fact dramatically enhanced the visuals of the blog. These facelifts come in anticipation of the publication of several new blog articles, that are underway, including some of the previously mentioned projects which are awaiting their long anticipated publication (since certain ones among these articles—particularly the multiple-parts or serial blog topics—will have actually been originally authored over a year ago, but not published [i.e. due to pending concluding entries of a serial topic], latest up-to-date developments in the disciplines at hand will be incorporated through the progression of the topics...obviously not to render any pending such article 'obsolete')

PS: Publication of reader comments awaiting moderation is also underway; notice will be provided when such time comes, to alert the respective authors...as has been the case in previous occasions.

November 7th, 2015: The entire blog has been treated with major/fairly noticeable visual changes, while retaining certain familiar themes. These incremental changes aren't for nothing: Anticipation of additions to the Blog's archive remains on the table. Apologies to blog-users for the wait in publication of reader comments, which will be rectified.

February 24th, 2017: Resumption of publication! First of these can be found here: Decolonize Education Movement

April 15th, 2017: A complete new look to the blog!

If you have made a comment in recent years but have not seen it since, then it should now be out there, as anything or everything there is to be approved as a feedback has or should have thus far been published. If your comment is not found, then chances are that it is because the comment likely violates a stated etiquette for reader feedback. As this author gets his bearings, more publications are on the way.

October 4th, 2017: Announcement on the overhaul currently taking effect. The idea is to update broken links, particularly on blog entries affected by Image Shack's unilateral obliteration of an entire storage of images, many of which were linked to this blog. Image Shack's actions affected countless other end-users in a similar fashion. Let that be a warning to those who use such sites, thinking that it will give their images protection and longevity!

The overhaul will also see previous topics modified with new and updated information; some topics will have undergone major expansion, while others will have been treated with a relatively mild but noticeable modification. During this, some sites may suddenly appear mostly blank, outside of notices such as "this site does not exist"; in such an event, readers should just look for the blog entry of interest at a different time...it's being modified!

October 10th, 2017: Interesting! ~ The Time-defying Property of Controversy around Racialism published on February of 2017, after a brief hiatus in blog publication, underwent a subtle modification on October 10th, 2017, with the header being the most obvious aspect of that modification.

October 15th, 2017: A new link list has been placed on the blog's side utility panel, where links and gadgets go. The new link is a doorway to current, and possibly future, websites that belong to the principal author of this blog. Check the link(s) out; the topics are guaranteed to be as engaging as those featured on this blog!

The "Developments" section of this blog (aka this very page) has been treated with a subtle but sharp visual tweak to make it more user-friendly. Stay tuned!
